Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, performing product demos, and handling cashier duties, while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 months of retail experience and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
