Best Buy in Minnesota seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services to meet individual needs.

You'll demo products, answer questions, perform cashier duties, assist with pickup options, and maintain stock. A friendly, team-oriented approach and at least 3 months in retail are required; flexible scheduling including holidays is expected.

Formación

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to perform product demos and assist customers across all departments.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
