You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to what matters most with product knowledge and exceptional service. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in our Wisconsin stores, you will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and help create a welcoming in-store experience while earning uncapped commissions and enjoying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov–Dec, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting and having fun.
