Job summary

As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will drive sales, assist with merchandising, and create personal connections with guests to simplify tech and exceed monthly goals. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
At least 18 years of age.
Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
