You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to what matters most and helping them with product knowledge and solutions. As a full-time Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll control your career in a retail store, leveraging your customer service skills and passion for technology to create the ultimate in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
