Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work with peers and store leaders to serve customers and resolve issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and recommend solutions through excellent service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech.
