Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability for full-time, variable work schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features to enhance shopping experiences.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Help customers interpret and pay bills and manage account data in-store.
• Answer questions on services, make changes to accounts and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
