Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech and services. You’ll learn the products and deliver recommendations tailored to each guest. You’ll demo products, handle cashier duties, support curbside pickups, and keep the floor well stocked.

A minimum of 3 months in retail and a flexible schedule including holidays are required. Competitive pay and employee discounts are part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
