Job summary

Best Buy in Iselin, NJ is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers and guide them to tech solutions. You will demo products, answer questions, and recommend items that meet shopper needs across departments, helping customers select devices and services.

You’ll also handle purchases and returns at the register, participate in ongoing learning to stay current on products, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
