Job summary

Victra is seeking a Part-time Sales Support Representative to join our retail store team. You will use your customer service skills and product knowledge to enhance the in-store experience and support the sales process.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, leading merchandising and store operations, and delivering outstanding service to every guest interaction. Training is provided, and the role offers a flexible schedule with 8–25 hours per week and a starting wage of $20.31 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and communicate product benefits.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
• Contribute to a welcoming and helpful in-store experience.
