Job summary

Victra is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in-store. You will support account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions during busy periods, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for career advancement. You will work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring each visit is a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
