Job summary

Dyson seeks an in-store Expert to represent the brand with confident, knowledgeable service. You will guide customers to the right Dyson products through discovery, demonstrate features, and ensure an exceptional shopper experience.

Role requires delivery of high-quality consultations, ability to handle demonstrations and stock duties, and strong communication across teams. This full-time position supports our growing Dyson Demo Stores network in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.
• Experience working with technology and prestige luxury brands is a plus.
• Ambitious and self-motivated sales individual with confidence.
• Proven track record of successful sales and meeting quotas.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel within territory and transport demo gear.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and use of iPad apps.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Dyson values and engage shoppers using Dyson’s sales model.
• Provide the ultimate shopper experience in a professional manner.
• Identify customer needs through discovery and consultation to recommend products.
• Be the in-store representative for Dyson products and address customer questions.
• Adhere to in-store demonstrations and health & safety standards.
• Perform visual merchandising, stock replenishment and related tasks.
• Use CRM and HRIS systems to complete reporting accurately.
