Dyson Demo Store in Tysons Corner is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will create shopper experiences and learn Dyson products to inform customers with a best-in-class service approach.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with benefits, clothing allowance, and a monthly bonus incentive. Prior retail or premium-brand experience is preferred and you must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing, retail setting.
• Experience with a premium or luxury brand is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create shopper experiences that defy convention and are unique.
• Gain knowledge of Dyson products inside and out to educate customers.
