You will guide shoppers to select the right Dyson product, deliver engaging demonstrations, and ensure an informative, high-quality experience that builds lasting relationships. Candidates should have at least two years of in-person retail sales, comfort with technology, and a confident, outgoing personality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.
• Experience with technology and prestige luxury brands is a plus.
• Ambitious and self-motivated sales profile with confidence.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Dyson’s sales model to engage shoppers and achieve success factors.
• Provide an ultimate shopper experience through guidance and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs via discovery and consultative selling.
• Represent Dyson products in-store and adhere to health & safety standards.
• Perform operational duties: merchandising, display upkeep, stock replenishment, and reporting.
