Best Buy Portsmouth VA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, welcoming customers and helping them choose tech products and services that meet their needs. You will perform product demos and make recommendations across departments, while handling cashier duties and supporting in-store and curbside pickups.

We value ongoing learning, friendly service, and keeping the sales floor stocked.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
