Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, trained to recommend tech products and services to meet customers’ needs. You’ll welcome customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, handle purchases and exchanges, and stay updated through ongoing learning. Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
