Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and provide clear, personalized tax guidance using TurboTax software and resources. Requirements include active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, 3+ years of tax filing experience, and willingness to work 20+ hours/week onsite in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients maximize refunds.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools.
