Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building trusted relationships in your local community. As a proactive ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, participate in local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sundays-Saturdays.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients in-person and via TurboTax tools.
