Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Tax Accountant - In-Store to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in Hoboken, NJ. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations and maximize refunds.

The role requires CPA/EA licensure, 3+ years of tax filing experience, and a willingness to work onsite with a focus on community engagement. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA or EA licensed with tax preparation experience
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (federal and state)
• On-site availability at TurboTax retail location, 20 hours/week minimum
• Must reside in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax preparation and insights to customers
• Assist clients with deductions, amendments, and planning
• Build long-term relationships and grow local client base
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with community events
