Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You’ll help customers navigate tax needs, build local clientele, and deliver a trusted, personalized experience.

This on-site role emphasizes tax expertise, client growth, and community engagement. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN are required, with at least 3 years of preparer experience and willingness to wear a uniform

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base through outreach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex scenarios.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and helpful guidance to achieve financial goals.
