Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building relationships and growing the local client base with marketing support from TurboTax. This non-exempt, onsite role invites bilingual English/Spanish speakers and advocates a community presence, flexible hours,

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
  • Active PTIN to file taxes.
  • State licenses or bonds as required.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including personal and business taxes.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences, helping clients achieve financial goals and build long-term relationships.
