Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, delivering in-person tax preparation and advice.

You will grow the local client base, serve as a trusted advisor, and provide top-tier customer service to help clients achieve favorable financial outcomes. You will use TurboTax products to assist with complex and simple tax scenarios, connect with communities, and contribute to building a thriving local network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine assistance.
