As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you'll provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions to each unique situation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
