Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and customer service to help clients maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing support, and building a loyal client base while wearing a TurboTax uniform and working onsite in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Leverage resources to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base and build long-term relationships in the local community.
• Represent TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and turning them into clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
