Mondelez International in Texas is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store personnel and shoppers.

Responsibilities include daily store visits, ordering via iPad, and capturing display photos. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, a friendly, proactive attitude, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; must drive to multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products.
