Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Ohio to maintain in-store presence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while engaging with store teams and shoppers.

The role requires driving to multiple locations, lifting up to 25 lbs, and following RTM plans. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Must have own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism to support brand visibility.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and follow DMI guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to ensure in-stock availability.
• Place orders via iPad and manage shelf/display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Share store insights and opportunities with RTM and management.
