Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are active, and shoppers can find our iconic brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit in key Delaware, OH area stores.

The role requires in-store presence, strong customer service, and the ability to lift and move product. Hours are Tue–Sat, starting at 07:00 AM, with mileage reimbursement and health benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs; may push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location Delaware, OH; secondary Dublin, OH.
• Schedule Tuesday–Saturday; Start Time 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store insights or issues to RTM and management.
