Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, and write orders via iPad to keep products in stock across assigned stores.

The role emphasizes strong store relationships, daily store visits, and adherence to RTM plans, with a primary Lancaster, OH area focus and a path to career growth within Mondelēz's U.S. retail network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, with occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism to ensure brand visibility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Record display photos and manage stock using DMI and Salesforce.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Ensure in-stock conditions and implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
