Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll perform in-store visits, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, build relationships with store teams, and ensure products are in stock and well displayed.

This role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Uxbridge, MA; secondary location Whitinsville, Sutton & Oxford area.
• Schedule availability: Off Wed & Sun.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via digital merchandising (DMI).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support display visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Follow RTM-directed daily schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant while performing physical merchandising tasks.
