Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service retail locations in Centreville, Chantilly, and surrounding VA areas. The role emphasizes in-store merchandising, ordering via iPad, and maintaining prominent Nabisco brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will work with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility, follow Mondelēz merchandising steps, and execute seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Retail/grocery merchandising experience preferred.
• Willing to drive to multiple store locations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Excellent communication with store staff and sales reps.
• Must be 18+ years old with valid REAL ID or equivalent.
• Live within 25 miles of Centreville, VA; Chantilly/South Riding VA included.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and photograph displays.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure shelves are stocked.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
