Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and place orders using an iPad. You will visit stores, partner with sales reps, and ensure leading brands like Oreo and Ritz are well represented.

The role requires reaching stores within Fairfax/Reston areas, driving your own vehicle, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Four days per week plus one weekend day, with mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport or federal ID.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations and have mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50+ lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture display photos per Merchandising steps.
• Place orders via iPad/tablet to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displays follow guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to daily schedule set by merchandising manager and support seasonal displays.
