Job summary

Mondelēz International in Charlottesville seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our famous brands to life in-store—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll stock shelves, set displays, and build strong relationships with store teams to ensure products are visible and in stock.

This role requires a proactive, customer-facing approach, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and daily travel to nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Charlottesville, VA; secondary locations include Zion Crossroads, VA and Locust Grove, VA.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism as the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage among the team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and perform physical tasks required by the role.
