Job summary

Mondelez International in Martinsville, VA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store presence for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will visit stores, capture photos, place orders via iPad, and ensure products remain in-stock while executing RTM plans. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work and driving locally.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Martinsville, VA; secondary Eden, NC.
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving products.
