Job summary

Mondelēz International in Laurel, MD is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising, stocking shelves, and creating displays for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy and Triscuit. You will visit stores, place orders via iPad, and ensure product availability.

You’ll follow the merchandising schedule, work with sales reps, and implement plans while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, passport, or federal ID.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 25 lbs; may lift up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Laurel, MD; secondary locations include Bowie, MD.
• Schedule: four days a week and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and coordinate with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture photos of displays as required.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while visiting stores.
