Job summary

Mondelez International in Shelbyville, IN is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You will manage shelf presence, displays, and in-store customer service while building strong retailer relationships.

You will place orders via iPad using Salesforce, execute promotional displays, and coordinate with RTM for scheduling and coverage. Physical duties are involved, and occasional travel within nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and drive retail excellence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe and Compliant with physical duties including lifting and moving product.
