Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure our brands are front and center while maintaining strong relationships with store teams.

The role involves daily store visits, ordering via iPad and Salesforce, and executing RTM plans. You will be part of a team supporting seasonal campaigns and product launches in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and up to 50 lbs pushing/pulling.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Nashville, TN.
• Schedule Monday–Thursday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Be the face of the brands and own the biscuit aisle.
• Perform daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and verify compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and perform physical tasks required for merchandising.
