Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs, stock shelves, and build relationships with store staff. You will order product via iPad and implement Mondelēz guidelines to showcase brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will travel to assigned stores within 25-35 miles of Wilmington, DE, four days a week plus one weekend day, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products.
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores and order product via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the merchandising schedule to provide efficient in-store service and assist in seasonal displays and product launches.
