Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service Dover, DE and nearby locations. The role focuses on in-store merchandising, order placement, and maintaining prominent displays for brands like Oreo, Ritz and Chips Ahoy.

Candidates should be customer-focused, able to work independently, and comfortable driving to multiple store locations. This position offers competitive hourly pay and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Be at least 18 and able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Dover, DE; secondary locations listed.
• Schedule requires four days a week plus one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure stock on shelves and displays.
• Ensure leading brands are represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and escalate issues as needed.
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and professional Mondelēz image in stores.
