Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock while building strong relationships with store teams.

Responsibilities include store visits, ordering via iPad, and implementing promotional displays, all while adhering to schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with valid REAL ID driver’s license, US passport, or federal ID to access certain facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Oxnard, CA; secondary locations include Ventura, Santa Paula, Camarillo.
• Schedule Monday–Friday with some weekend availability; 5 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store professionally and serve as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Strike daily store visits following merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Safely perform the physical tasks required by the role.
