Ideal candidates are at least 18, have a REAL ID, a high school diploma or GED, and a can-do attitude. The role requires driving, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional 50 lbs, with early start times and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must own a vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move products in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of East Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Follow RTM plans and schedules for coverage.
