Mondelēz International in Globe, AZ is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, set displays, and place orders via iPad, while delivering outstanding store-level service.

This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. Weekend/holiday availability and a high level of initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Must be self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to move products from stockrooms to store floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and use Salesforce/iPad for orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
