Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while representing a premier brand in Rexburg and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to a variety of store locations.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced retail environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Rexburg, ID; secondary locations include Rigby, ID, Saint Anthony, ID, Jackson, WY.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
