Job summary

Mondeléz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships with store teams, stock displays, place orders via iPad, and ensure products are in stock and promotion-ready across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as part of daily merchandising tasks.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Rexburg, ID; secondary locations include Rigby, ID; Saint Anthony, ID; Jackson, WY.
• Five days per week, start at 5 am; ability to travel to multiple store locations with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondeléz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and follow DMI guidelines via iPad.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
