Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores. You will build brand visibility, stock shelves, and execute displays while maintaining strong relationships with store personnel.

The role involves driving to multiple store locations, lifting up to 25 lbs, and following RTM schedules. Real ID or federal ID is required for base access, with a willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance and mileage reimbursement.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
