Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will stock displays, place promotions, and build strong relationships with store teams while ensuring products are in stock.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 25 lbs. The role requires Monday–Friday mornings, travel within Wenatchee area, and driving a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state you reside in.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Wenatchee, WA.
• Secondary locations: Leavenworth - Chelan, WA.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to capture display photos and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain shelf and display stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plans are followed.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM/management.
• Move products safely, lifting and carrying as needed.
