Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage in-store displays and stock for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy. You will visit stores, place orders via iPad, and ensure displays meet company guidelines while building strong relationships with store staff and sales reps.

The role requires early starts, driving, and physical activity including lifting. It offers mileage reimbursement, 401k, tuition and other benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting over 50 lbs when moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Cabot, AR; secondary location Beebe, AR.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends as required; start 6–7 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps and capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad Tablet to ensure shelf in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to maximize in-store service efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
