Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and manage displays for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita and Chips Ahoy! You will visit stores, build relationships with staff, and place orders via iPad (Salesforce).

This role requires early start times, physical work, and reliable transportation. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, a HS diploma (or GED), and are self‑motivated.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally moving up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
