Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Columbus, GA. You will perform in-store merchandising, stocking shelves, executing displays, and placing orders to keep products in stock using Salesforce.

The role requires driving to multiple stores, lifting up to 25 lbs, and representing iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Competitive hourly pay and a full benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Own a personal vehicle with valid insurance to travel to store locations.
• Physically able to perform duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and ensure store compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties including lifting and moving products.
