Job summary

Mondelēz International in Canton, GA is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the face of iconic brands like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Ritz, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and place products to ensure in-store visibility and stock continuity.

You will visit stores, build strong relationships with store personnel, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce. The role supports seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events, with competitive pay

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations with insured coverage.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (50+ lbs on occasion).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to stock shelves and implement displays.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad and manage shelf/in-store stock using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays aligned with RTM plans (sales channels).
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM and team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and compliance while moving products in a fast-paced environment.
