Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to service Asheville, NC and nearby towns. You will stock shelves, build displays, and place orders to keep products in stock while representing the company in a professional manner.

The role involves driving a personal vehicle, lifting up to 25 lbs, and visiting multiple stores on a regular schedule. Experience in retail or grocery is a plus, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products up to 25 lbs, with occasional heavier loads.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Asheville, NC; secondary locations include Burnsville, Black Mountain and Weaverville.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence with display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM-aligned plans are followed.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical tasks as required.
